I wish to compliment Abraham and Chris, who had a very difficult job to move the lounge into my apartment.The lift is not really large enough to accomadate such a large piece of furniture but with much patience and manouvaring this was done with no damage to either lounge or lift. -- Also I was so happy with the staff and their help while I
was choosing said pieces.I would be happy to recomend your store to anyone intending to buy at your store.

Six weeks ago I brought my elderly physically disabled mother into the store looking for a recliner lift chair. We were both very impressed with the care and attention given by Matt. He assisted us to find the perfect chair and cushion back for Mum, and we ordered one, though there was to be an eight week wait. My mother has received her chair in six weeks and is delghted with it, and with the service provided by Matt and the delivery men. So from my mother Mavis and myself – thank you.

Many thanks for your patience shown to me over 2 months ago when I randomly walked into Bev Marks Essendon, considering to purchase a new bed (after having spent a restful night in a hotel with my daughter). You took the time to talk with me, made me road test many beds, and ultimately I put a deposit on a new Queen ensemble, even though I walked into your store with just a thought of a good night's rest. I was certainly in the market for a new bed, but did not have a time frame, just a budget schedule to consider and every step of the process was smooth, professional and courteous and I would like to pass on my thanks. Today I phoned and ordered the bed and look forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks, at which time I will make the final phone payment. Sadly, the level of professionalism and customer service you displayed to me is greatly lacking in most stores - their loss.

We are not usually given to writing to CEO's about the level of service given by their staff....but felt that I should do it on this occassion...... let me tell you Lauren (sorry don't know her last name) was AWESOME ... the best sales person I have probably ever seen... If I was still in business and needing a fantastic enthusiastic knowledgeable ( and only 2 years in the industry) and throughly delightful young lady.... I would have poached her..... Congratulations to you on having a wonderful staff member hold onto her!!!!.... I'm impressed and that's not easily done!!!!! Please make a fuss of her for the delightful service she provided....right down to the expaining of the invoice and double checking the items purchased

I would like to inform you of my pleasant delivery experience with your company. The drivers arrived at the time specified to me. They were polite and accommodating. They were friendly and took the utmost care with our purchase and with our property. Their workmanship and assembly of our bunk beds was impeccable. They also went out of their way to place some felt that I had for beneath the bed legs. Please pass on my sincere thanks. These two men are a great credit to your store.
