We have developed this Team Agreement for members of the Bev Marks Australia team as a set of principles that are to be applied and maintained, and as an integral part of our day-to-day dealings with customers and our colleagues within the organisation. 1. I agree to be at work at least 15 minutes before the showroom opens to the public.
2. I agree to be honest in our dealings with the customer and with each other.
3. I agree to support the companies (my) vision, goal and rules.
4. I agree, “Good Practice makes perfect”.
5. I agree not to gossip (gossip ‘kills’ organisations).
6. I agree to clear up any upset at the earliest opportunity.
7. I agree to clear up any broken agreements at first opportunity.
8. I agree to observe all rules and procedures and to fully participate in all team meetings.
9. I agree we all want to have fun.
10. I agree to speak supportively and with good purpose.
11. I agree to make and learn from mistakes: I agree not to hide mistakes.
12. I agree to accept responsibility for my actions and myself.
13. I agree that I want every team member to be a success.
14. I agree to focus on what works.
