Employees of Bev Marks Australia are entitled to purchase goods at cost price plus 10%, plus GST, and a delivery charge of $45.00.

 

Staff members are eligible for staff purchases after 12 months of continuous service.

 

Sales Professionals are provided with the opportunity to increase their earnings on top of their commissions and salary. They are rewarded with a bonus, if they achieve their set Key Performance Indicators.

 

There are two distinct Sales Incentive Programs for all Bev Marks Sales Professionals.

 

1. Quarterly Sales Targets

2. January Store Incentive (Records)

 

Full time employees shall be entitled to 25 days pro-rata annual leave for each year of service.

 

Employee’s will receive a bonus for each recruit who stays employed for a period of 6 months.
