TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Permit one entry per person/email address. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Bev Marks is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorised account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Winner will be selected by random drawings on the 31st January 2012 and 29th February 2012 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Bev Marks are final on all matters. Winner will be notified by facebook only and have (5) business days to respond. If there is no response an alternate potential grand prize winner will be selected. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: (1) One Grand Prize – winner will receive a 16GB Apple® iPad™ with Wi-Fi. (ARV: $579). Apple® care protection plan and any additional services, accessories or features are NOT included. Winner is responsible for care, use and follow up with the manufacturer should any mechanical or software problems arise with the prize. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Fulfillment of the prize may take up to 10 business days after the winner is notified. Prize must be picked up in person at Bev Marks Australia, 106-112 Frankston- Dandenong Rd, Dandenong, 3175.
